The Hibiscus y Amargo is a vibrant mocktail influenced by the classic Mexican agua fresca. Ingredients
metric standard30 ml cucumber-infused non-alcoholic tequila
30 ml non-alcoholic blanc vermouth (or tea syrup)
15 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml agave syrup
Hibiscus soda (on top)
Cucumber slice (garnish)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, except hibiscus soda, into a mixing glass. Shake well. Strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with hibiscus soda. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
For tea syrup, brew any tea of your choice. Add sugar (use 1:1 water and sugar). Cool before using.
