Distilling traditions from Japan and Brazil
The Spirit of Grain celebrates the cultural interplay of Japan and Brazil (home to one of the largest Japanese populations outside of Japan). This cocktail blends woody undertones and earthy nuances with hints of banana and toasted notes. Reflecting the rich distilling history of both countries, it marries the lightness of the Japanese highball with the distinctive flavors of Brazilian ingredients.
