Ingredients
metric standard30 ml London dry gin
30 ml pisco
15 ml umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur)
15 ml French blanc vermouth
15 ml Italian dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes (or 1 pinch of salt) saltwater solution
Lemon peel (zest)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a martini glass. Zest a lemon peel over cocktail.
