Ingredients
metric standard45 ml Peruvian pisco
15 ml passionfruit liqueur
15 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml simple syrup
Sparkling water (on top)
2-3 dashes of aromatic bitters
Grated cinnamon (on top)
Fresh bay leaves (garnish)
Preparation
Combine pisco, passionfruit liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a Collins glass and add more ice. Top with sparkling water and bitters. Grate cinnamon on top of the cocktail. Garnish with fresh bay leaves.
